新能源并网调峰通常采用本地调峰电源和跨大区调峰容量等方式进行。随着电力需求侧管理的深入发展,负荷的可调节特性越来越受到重视。通过负荷日前启停计划、日内滚动调节,将负荷作为可调节对象纳入电力系统协调控制,可实现电网与需求侧联合调峰。文章建立了电解铝、碳化硅、铁合金等高载能负荷参与大规模新能源并网的电网调峰能力评估模型、调峰缺口量化模型及效果评价模型,以实际数据进行了计算分析,评估了高载能负荷参与电网联合调峰的效果。
China has taken peak-load regulating measures against the new energy power generation integration. The measures mainly rely on local peaking power plants or/and other generation capacity across a large area. With the further development of power demand side management, the adjustable ability of the load has attracted more and more attention. Some loads, which can implement day-ahead start and end programs or within-day rolling adjustment, participate in peak-load regulating of power system, which is able to achieve the joint regulation of peak-load between the power grid and the demand side. First, a power grid peak-load regulating capacity assessment model, a quantitative model of peak-load regulating shortfall and an effect evaluation model are built for the grid with large-scale new energy integrated and peak regulating involved by high-use industrial consumers i.e. aluminum, silicon carbide and ferroalloy production. Then the actual data is used to assess the effect of some high-use industrial consumers' participation on joint regulation of peak-load.
