着重从几何仿真的角度,对楔横轧模具虚拟加工系统的设计与实现等相关问题进行了研究.首先比较了传统的和虚拟的楔横轧模具加工方法,并提出了楔横轧模具虚拟加工系统VMS的体系结构.该系统主要有4大模块组成,即加工环境建模模块(MEMM)、自动编程模块(APM)、数控代码识别模块(INCCM)、加工过程仿真模块(SMPM).文中还初步阐述了楔横轧模具虚拟加工系统各主要模块的功能、原理及实现机制.研究对楔横轧模具虚拟加工系统的设计、建立和实现提供了一定的理论依据.
The relative problems about the design and implement of virtual machining system for Die of cross wedge rolling (DCWR) is presented in the present study, mainly from the angle of geometric simulation. In this paper, the traditional and virtual machining approaches of DCWR are compared first. Then, the framework of virtual machining system (VMS) of DCWR is discussed. This system consists of four blocks, which include the Machining Environment Modeling Module (MEMM), the Automatic Programming Module (APM), the Identification of NC Code Module (INCCM) and Simulation of Machining Process (SMPM). The function, principle and mechanism of implement of module of VMS are also described in preliminarily. The research provides the theoretical basis for design, build and implement of virtual machining system for DCWR.
