晶体宏观形态和表面微形貌特征是晶体生长机制的具体反映,通过对晶体形貌特征的研究,可以探寻晶体生长的规律,为进一步改善晶体的质量打下基础。本文利用双圈反射测角仪、微分干涉显微镜、倒置金相显微镜等测试手段,对两种不同结晶习性的水热法BSO晶体宏观形态和表面微形貌进行了观察和研究,并探讨了水热法生长的BSO晶体{100}、{110}、{211}、{111}等面族的生长形貌形成原因。
The morphology and surface structures of crystals reflect their growth mechanism. By studying the crystal morphology, the regular pattern of crystal growth and further more could be found, to improve the quality of the crystal. The study focuses on the crystal morphology and surface structures of two different crystalline habits of hydrothermal BSO crystals with double coil reflecting goniometer, differential interference microscope and inverted metallurgical microscope. And the causes of morphology of hydrothermal BSO crystals on faces {100t, {110t, {211 }, { 111} were studied.
