Based on the existing researches of value chain, this paper discusses the evolution of R＆D service growth pat- tern, which can be divided into four stages： preparation phase- integration model of supply and demand value chain, bur- geoning phase- direct sales model of separation of supply and demand, gradually forming phase- dual model of value chain and future development direction-value network model. In addition, around three areas in R＆D outcomes, supporting serv- ices and policy support, this paper constructs R＆D＇ s growth path to offer practical guidance for the future development of R＆D services.
