目的:采用抑制型离子色谱建立一种全新的方法检测氯化琥珀胆碱注射液中氯化胆碱的含量。方法:采用强亲水性的IonPac CS17阳离子交换分离柱分离,甲烷磺酸淋洗液梯度洗脱,抑制电导检测氯化胆碱的含量。结果:氯化胆碱的线性范围为0.1~100mg·L^-1;线性相关系数为0.9997;检出限(S/N=3)为0.02mg·L^-1;样品加标回收率介于80%~110%之间。结论:方法操作简单,选择性好,灵敏度高,结果可靠,完全满足氯化琥珀胆碱注射液的质量监测需要。
Objective:To develop a new method for determination of choline chloride in succinylcholine chloride injection by ion-chromatography separation and suppressed conductivity detection.Methods:The separation of choline chloride,succinylcholine chloride and common cations were achieved on IonPac CS17 column which was a hydrophilic cation exchange column using Methanesulfonic acid (MSA) as gradient eluent,and the detection was performed by a conductivity detection mode.Results:The linear correlation coefficient of choline chloride was 0.9997 in the range of 0.1-100 mg·L-1,and the detection limit of it (S/N=3) was 0.02 mg·L-1,the spiked recoveries were 80%-110%.Conclusion:The succinylcholine chloride injection samples are prepared with dilution only before injection.The method is simple and sensitive.It is used for measuring the choline chloride in succinylcholine chloride injection as impurity successfully.
