Based on the construction status of Tianjin weather modification fixed stations and the needs of modernization of the city’s artificial weather influence,this paper elaborates the importance and construction principle of Tianjin weather modification work standardization construction. It introduces the main content of the construction site standardization work from the site location,building construction requirements,the construction standard of gun library（rocket base）,construction standards and ammunition fire platform construction. It is of great practical significance for the construction of the project to regulate the safety production behavior,improve the safe production conditions and eliminate hidden dangerto build a safe city of Tianjin.
