为了研究短期老化对温拌沥青混合料(WMA)中结合料粘聚力的影响,采用两种温拌剂(Sasobit和Evotherm)制备温拌沥青并拌制温拌沥青混合料,分别以不同的老化时间(2h、4h、8h),不同的老化温度(112℃,129℃,146℃)对温拌沥青混合料进行短期老化.采用阿布森法对老化后的温拌沥青混合料进行沥青与矿料的分离完成后加入四氢呋喃(THF)进行分离并蒸馏.在此基础上,采用躺滴法检测分离后的老化沥青与三种液体的接触角,并计算各老化温拌沥青的表面能.结果表明:温拌沥青经过一定程度的老化过程后,其粘聚性能会出现增长,而过度的老化将严重影响温拌沥青的粘聚性能.推荐Sasobit温拌沥青混合料的短期老化条件为146℃老化4h,Evotherm温拌沥青混合料的短期老化条件为112℃老化8h.经过一定条件的老化,Evotherm温拌沥青的表面能仍比Sasobit的温拌沥青的表面能高,即前者的粘聚性能要高于后者.
In order to study the effect of aging on the cohesion of warm asphalt mix binder, the warm asphalt mixture was produced by two different warm mix agents (Sasohit and Evotherm). They were aged under three different time conditions (2 h,4 h,8 h) and three different tempera- ture conditions (112℃ ,129℃ ,146℃). Then the warm asphalt mixture were separated into asphalt and mineral aggregate by Abson method and distilled with Tetrahydrofuran (THF). Based on that, the contact angle of the residual bitumen and three types of liquids were detected by using sessile drop method. And the surface energy of aging warm asphalt was calculated. Results show that the moderate short--term aging can improve warm mix asphalt cohesive, but the excessive aging will decrease the warm mix asphalt cohesive seriously. The best aging condition of Sasobit warm mix asphalt is at 146℃ for 4 h,and the condition of Evotherm warm mix asphalt is at 112℃ for 8 h. The surface energy of Evotherm warm mix asphalt is higher than Sasobit warm mix asphalt after aging, which means the former cohesive is higher than the latter.
