目的研究不同强度和辐照时间的超声波对人外周血单核淋巴细胞增殖的影响。方法在96孔板中,对照组不做任何处理,实验组分别用不同强度和辐照时间的超声波进行处理,24 h后用CCK8检测超声波对淋巴细胞活性的影响,计算细胞增殖率。结果实验组的吸光度值较对照组不同程度的增高,各组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论一定强度及辐照时间的超声波对淋巴细胞的增殖有促进作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound in different intensity and irradiation time on human peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation. Methods Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were cultured in 96 wells. Experimental group was treated with different ultrasound intensity and irradiation time,but no treatment was applied to the control group. After24 hours,the lymphocyte activity was detected by CCK8 and cell proliferation rate was calculated. Results The absorbed optical density of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was significant. Conclusion Ultrasound could promote the human peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation in a certain intensity and irradiation time.
