Gastric ulceration is one of the common diseases of clinical, and became the focus in clinical with the raise of morbidity. Compare with their advantages and disadvantages, eventually, it was combined with the mechanism what on gastric uclcer, which clarify by 2005 Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine, and discussed the necessary and feasibility to make a new pharmacological model for gastric ulceration.
