评估沿海城市经济社会部门的气候敏感性是我国适应气候变化研究工作的重要内容。本文运用多学科工具构建气候敏感指数,模拟分析了海平面上升30cm情景下,珠三角地区各部门对气候灾害的敏感响应程度。通过将指标的权重值和气候敏感性指数进行拟合分析,使指标权重设定的客观性能够迅速得到检验,为相关评价工作提供了新思路。
It is an important work to evaluate the sensitivity of economic and social system respond to climate risks in the coastal cities for adapting to climate change.This paper designed a climatic sensitivity indicators by multi-disciplines tools to study how the departments of the Pearl River Delta area's economic and social system respond to climate risks under the scenario of sea-level rising up by 30cm from the current situation.Fitting analysis using the data of factors' weight and sensitivity indicator was employed to test and verify the weight's objectification;this way may provide a new instrument for the work of evaluation criteria.
