探讨了山区河流影响下的城市防洪避难安置点的规划问题,利用典型p-中位数法对安置点的规划进行较为深入的研究,开创性地提出了p-中位数法结合安置点加权评分优化模型,对传统的p-中位数理论做了进一步的完善和创新,成功解决了传统p-中位数法在安置点人员分配的优化问题,为城市防洪避难安置区的规划提供了有益的理论参考。提出的理论具有通用性,可为国内其他洪水淹没区的分析研究提供参考。
This paper discusses the settlement planning issues of the city flood refuge under the influence of the mountain river by using typical p-median method,and puts forward an optimization model of p-median method combined with weighted scoring method.In this paper,the traditional p-median method has been further improved and innovated,which successfully solves the optimization problem of the traditional p-median method,and provides a beneficial reference for city flood control evacuation settlement planning.The presented theory is universal,which provides a reference for other domestic analysis of flood submerged areas.
