基于光波在随机介质中的局域化理论,利用有限时域差分法数值求解麦克斯韦方程组,研究了在一维无序系统中准态模式的输出强度与激励水平之间的关系.通过考察具有不同颗粒数目的随机介质中的准态模阈值特性,分析了介质中散射颗粒个数的变化对随机激光器阈值的影响.
Based on the localized theory for optical waves in random media, we use the finite difference time domain method to numerically solve Maxwell equations, and investigate the relation between the quasi-state modes' emission intensity and pumping energy in one-dimension disordered system. By investigating the quasi-state threshold in random media that has different number of particles for scattering, we analyze the influence of the number of particles on the pumping threshold of quasi-state modes.
