随着污水处理量的增大,污泥产量大幅增长,污泥处理处置成为城市环境综合治理的新难点、新挑战。结合某污泥处理厂工程实例,介绍了该厂污泥处理工艺,对热水解预处理前后的污泥厌氧消化性能进行研究。结果表明,热水解预处理可以将传统厌氧消化的系统效率提高2倍,有助于污泥的减量化、稳定化、资源化、无害化处理。
With increase in sewage treatment quantity, sludge yield increases significantly, thus sludge treatment and disposal has become new difficulties and new challenges in the urban environmental comprehensive management. Combined with the project case in a sludge treatment plant, the sludge treatment process used in the plant was introduced, and the anaerobic sludge digestion performance before and after thermal hydrolysis pretreatment was investigated. The results indicated that the efficiency of traditional anaerobic digestion system could be tripled by thermal hydrolysis pretreatment. Thermal hydrolysis pretreatment is helpful for sludge reduction, stabilization, resource utilization and harmless treatment.
