This paper takes the effects of US financial tsunami on Pearl River Delta＇s economy as main line, takes the bankrupt of Smart Union Group （Holding） Limited who is the biggest toy manufacturer in Pear River Delta region as example, and analyzes the cause of economic crisis in Pearl River Delta region from four aspects： shrinking of foreign market, price rising of raw material, appreciation of the RMB and rising of labor cost. Then from the following points of view： independent innovation, transformation and upgrading, innovative business, brand innovation, establishing innovation cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong, government supporting and so on, it proposes some countermeasures for enterprises in Pear River Delta region to survive in this economy crises.
