通过571份员工样本探讨了高绩效工作系统、知识共享对企业人力资源绩效和组织绩效的影响,并验证了其被中介的调节作用模型。结果表明:高绩效工作系统对企业绩效有显著的正向影响;知识共享在能力系统或参与系统与组织绩效之间起调节作用;知识共享对能力系统或参与系统与组织绩效关系的调节效应以人力资源绩效为中介。
Through the empirical analysis on the 571 sample data, this paper tests the mediated moderating model in which high performance work system , knowledge sharing and human resource performance influence organization performance .The results show that high performance work system has significant positive effect on firm performance ;knowledge sharing plays a moderating effect on the relationship between ability system or motivation system and organization performance ;especially , this moderating effect is mediated by human resource performance .
