水库群联合调度规则种类繁多、关系复杂,相互影响又相互制约,是水库调度研究的难点与焦点问题。本文建立了并联水库系统两阶段联合调度模型,推导并给出了一套新的具有解析表达形式的并联水库系统联合调度规则,它包括确定时段总供水量的供水规则、蓄水量在不同水库间分配的空间分布规则以及供水任务的分配水规则。理论成果分析表明:这套新调度规则在一定程度上克服了现有并联水库调度规则系统性、适用性较差以及表述形式不统一的缺陷,同时明显优于由限制供水规则确定时段总供水量和由参数式规则进行供水任务分配的组合调度规则。
A two-period model has been established in this paper for parallel multi-reservoir to minimize the weighted sum of normalized deviations from current release and carryover storage targets. Analytical oper-ation rules derived from this model include the water supply rule to determine releases from multi-reser-voir, the storage divided rule and the operation rule to distribute the joint water supply to each individual reservoir. The theoretical analysis shows that the new operation rule has better systematization and applicabil-ity than the operation rule consists of the hedging rule and the parametric rule.
