基于行为运作管理的相关理论,构建了考虑主体公平关切的项目团队成员互惠合作行为的演化博弈模型,研究了项目团队成员互惠合作行为选择博弈的动态演化过程,分析了公平关切程度、自身产出努力、他人互惠合作努力等参数变化对项目成员互惠合作行为演化结果的影响,旨在为提升项目团队合作绩效提供理论依据。结果表明:选择高互惠合作的项目成员比例与他人互惠合作努力成正比,与项目成员公平关切度以及自身产出努力成反比;成员间合作的溢出效应对成员行为选择的影响具有不确定性,成员互惠合作行为的选择受到其行为策略效用差别的影响。
An evolutionary game model is constructed for reciprocal cooperation of project team members under fairness concerns, which is used to explore dynamic evolution process of team members' reciprocal choice based on the theory of behavior management. This paper analyzes the influence of the degree of fairness concerns, members' output efforts and others' reciprocal efforts on the evolution of the members' reciprocal behavior. Theoretical basis is provided to improve project team performance. Results show that the proportion of members choosing high-level reciprocal cooperation is proportional to others' reciprocal efforts and inversely proportional to the degree of members' fairness concerns and their own output efforts. The spillover effects of members' cooperation on the choice of members' behavior are uncertain, and the choice of reciprocal behavior is affected by the difference of their behavior strategies.
