浮游植物吸收系数的测量在海洋初级生产力的估算、赤潮监测和水色卫星遥感模型的建立等方面具有重要的应用价值。建立了基于非线性优化的从海水总吸收光谱中提取浮游植物光谱吸收系数的方法。将ac-s测量的海水光谱吸收系数(除去纯水吸收)输入到该算法中,获取的浮游植物吸收系数与同步测量的浮游植物吸收系数(QFT)进行了比较。结果表明,所提出的方法可较好地获取浮游植物的光谱吸收系数。
The measurement of phytoplankton spectral absorption plays an important role in photosynthesis and bio-optical models in ocean color remote sensing. A method based on nonlinear optimization to derive phytoplankton absorption coefficients from total absorption coefficients was proposed. The total absorption coefficients (pure water removed) from ac-s measurement was input into the algorithm and then phytoplankton absorption coefficients was derived and compared with QFT measured data. The experiment results show this method is successful for estimation of phytoplankton absorption spectra.
