Golden Insurance Project is an e-government system to achieve the national labor and social security,which provides complex services in a wide range with high security.In this paper, we discussed the implementation of Golden Insurance Project in Enshi by building architecture of network and realizing transmission with VPDN and SSLVPN technology,which extended social insurance business to the town-ship and villages with high efficiency and reliability.
