目的探讨临床上裂隙综合征（SVS）的诊断及治疗策略。方法收集我院神经外科2例诊断为裂隙综合征患者的临床资料,根据其不同临床特点选择不同的治疗方案,随访6个月后,观察不同治疗策略的效果。结果 2例患者均获得临床缓解,可以恢复到正常的生活。结论裂隙综合征患者表现为临床急重症者,应选取可以迅速降低颅内压的治疗方案,而对于临床症状相对较轻者,可选择创伤相对较小或更趋保守的治疗方案。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of slit ventricle syndrome （SVS）. Method The clinical data of two patients with SVS performed in our hospital were collected. The optimal treatment was decided according to different clinical characteristics with the follow-up of six momths after operation. Results Two patients were all cured and returned to normal life. Conclusion Procedures which can decrease the intracranial pressure as soon as possible were optimal for patients with SVS presenting with acute and severe symptom, otherwise, relatively conservative treatments were suitable for mild to moderate.
