以γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)改性的聚磷酸铵(M—APP)对木粉/聚丙烯复合材料(WF/PP)进行阻燃处理,用锥形量热仪、氧指数和垂直燃烧评价了复合材料的阻燃性能,并用热重分析法(TGA)分析复合材料的热降解行为.结果表明,在50kW/m2热辐射流量下,M—APP质量分数达到25%时,WF/PP燃烧热释放速率峰值和总热释放量分别降低约57%和44%,氧指数提高了30%,达到UL-94V-0级,成炭率提高了80%,表现出最著的阻燃作用.
In this paper, the influence of ammonium polyphosphate modified with 3-(Methylacryloxyl) propyltrimethoxy silane (M-APP) on flame retardancy, thermal degradation and vertical burning of wood flourpolypropylene composites (WF/PP composites)has been investigated. Flame retardancy and thermal decomposition were studied based on cone calorimetry, limited oxygen index (LOI) test and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). According to cone calorimetry results, in the 50 kW/m2 thermal flow, when M-APP loading reaches 25%, heat release rate (HRR) peak and total heat release quantity (THR), decrease by 57% and 44%, respectively, the LOI of the composite improves by about 30%, meeting UL-94 flammability standard, V-0 rating, and char yield increases by 80%, which shows the significant role of M-APP in flame retardancy.
