阔叶红松林和人工红松林土壤中可溶性有机氮的对比

测定了阔叶红松林与人工红松林土壤中的可溶性有机氮含量并进行分析,结果表明:阔叶红松林可溶性有机氮的质量分数随土壤层次的降低而降低,而人工红松林则随着土壤深庳加深而增加;在A11、A12层阔叶红松林可溶性有机氮质量分数要高于人工红松林,而在AB层则是人工红松林高于阔叶红松林。阔叶红松林3个土层的可溶性有机氮平均质量分数分别为171.19×10^-6、116.39×10^-6、78.51×10^-6,占可溶性总氮的84.93%、85.58%、92.02%:人工红松林3个土层的可溶性有机氮平均质量分数分别为84.16×10^-6、95.82×10^-6、102.87×10^-6,占可溶性总氮的75.35%、93.58%、95.11%。阔叶红松林和人工红松林相同层次中的无机氮质量分数、可溶性有机氮/无机氮、可溶性有机氮/可溶性总氮比值差异不显著,可溶性总氮与可溶性有机氮质量分数差异显著。可溶性有机氮质量分数与全氮、有机质、可溶性总氮有显著相关关系,而与碱解氮、NH4^+-N、NO3^-N、无机氮无显著相关关系。

英文摘要:

The contents of soluble organic nitrogen in soil in broad-leaved Korean pine forest and Korean pine plantation were investigated and analyzed. Results showed that the content of soluble organic nitrogen reduced with the increasing of soil depth in the broad-leaved Korean pine forest, while it increased in the Korean pine plantation. It was higher at A11, A12 soil layers and lower at AB soil layer in the broad-leaved Korean pine forest than in the Korean pine plantation. The average contents of soluble organic nitrogen in A11, A12, AB soil layers were 171.19, 116.39, 78.51 mg · kg^-1 in the broadleaved Korean pine forest, accounting for 84.93% , 85.58% , 92.02% of the total soluble nitrogen, while they were 84.16, 95.82, 102.87 mg · kg^-1 in the Korean pine plantation, accounting for 75.35% , 93.58% , 95.11% of the total. Inorganic nitrogen, ratio of soluble organic nitrogen to inorganic nitrogen, ratio of soluble organic nitrogen to total soluble nitrogen were not markedly different, and soluble organic nitrogen and total soluble nitrogen contents were significantly different at the same soil layer between the broad-leaved Korean pine forest and the Korean pine plantation. Correlation analysis showed that the contents of soluble organic nitrogen and total nitrogen, organic matter, total soluble nitrogen were significant correlated, while those of soluble organic nitrogen and alkaline hydrolysis of nitrogen, NH4^+-N , NO3^--N, soluble inorganic nitrogen were insignificant correlated.
