Corporate performance level of the foreign-invested enterprises in China is one of the main factors which change their shareholding structure, and brings forth the foreign-invested tendency. The changing of industrial performance has not only the important reference value on the initial selection of the shareholding structure, but also the notable influence on the second selection afterwards. The better the industrial performance changes, the faster and the more notable shareholding structure of its international-invested enterprises changes.
