RMB spillover and its domino effect is a special economic problem in China＇s economic transition. This paper documented the definition and connotation of RMB spillover firstly, and then made an empirical analysis of the size of RMB spillover. Based on those, this paper investigated the domino effect of RMB spillover. At last, it put forward a valuable suggestion to the government to deal with the spillover of RMB and its domino effect.
