泛素化是体内蛋白质降解的重要方式。泛素连接酶是泛素化过程中的关键酶。神经调节素受体降解蛋白1(Nrdp1)是一种新的泛素连接酶,具有泛素连接酶活性,Nrdp1可以通过泛素化降解或激活底物分子来发挥生物学功能。近年来发现Nrdp1通过降解Erb B3调节细胞增殖,与凋亡抑制蛋白相互作用介导细胞凋亡,通过泛素化降解髓样分化因子和激活干扰素调节因子抵抗炎症反应,且研究发现Nrdp1与肿瘤、中枢神经系统疾病、造血系统疾病和心血管系统疾病等的发生、发展密切相关。
Ubiquitination is an important way of protein degradation in vivo. Ubiquitin ligase is a key enzyme in ubiquitination process. Neuregulin receptor degradation protein 1( Nrdp1) is a new ubiquitin ligase,with ubiquitin ligase activity. Nrdp1 plays its biological functions by ubiquitination degradation or activation of the substrate molecules. It plays a key role in inhibiting cell proliferation,promoting cell apoptosis and resisting inflammatory response. Nrdp1 can regulate cell proliferation by degrading Erb B3,mediate apoptosis by degrading apoptosis inhibitory protein,and resist inflammation by degrading interferon regulatory factor and activating myeloid differentiation factor. Meanwhile,it's discovered that Nrdp1 is closely related to the pathogenesis of the diseases of cancer,nervous system diseases,hematopoietic system diseases and cardiovascular system diseases.
