办公自动化(Office Automation,OA)是以先进的科学技术、信息技术、系统科学和行为科学为支柱的一门综合性技术。办公自动化是当前新技术革命中一个非常活跃和具有很强生命力的技术领域,是信息化社会的产物。随着现代办公环境的复杂化和流程的精细化,对办公流程中的任务的协同性也提出了越来越高的要求。文中对工作流作了简单介绍,然后对基于工作流的企业协同办公自动化系统关键技术实现进行了研究,具体包括工作流设计、工作流引擎的设计以及系统接口的设计。
Office Automation(OA) is a comprehensive technology based on advanced science and technology, information technology, systems science, and behavioral science. Office Automation is a very active field of technology with strong vitality in the new technology revolution. Office Automation is also a product of the information society. With the environment complication and process refinement of the modern office, the cooperation of the office processes also has increasing demands. In this paper, workflow is firstly introduced, and then some key technologies for the workflow-based enterprise collaboration office automation system are studied, which include workflow design, workflow engine design and system interface design.
