Patent implementation plays a significant role in strategic emerging industries in China.This paper explores the synergic mechanism of patent implementation in strategic emerging industry based on the synergic view,elaborates Objective-Resource-Motivation synergic mechanism,then puts forward an O-R-M synergy framework,which brings new idea for different organizations＇ collaborative patent implementation,The research results can contribute to promote the commercialization of patents in emerging industries.
