为解决压气机缘线匹配设计中非定常数值模拟的耗时问题,引入高效的谐波平衡方法,并构建了缘线匹配优化设计系统,最后完成了对转压气机的缘线匹配优化设计。结果表明:优化后对转压气机的效率、压比和流量均有不同程度提高。进一步的流场分析发现,优化后对转压气机排间非定常效应的强度有所减弱,对于峰值效率工况,这有利于流动效率的增加。而非定常效应减弱的主要原因在于上游前转子尾迹和叶尖泄漏流的强度降低。这些现象说明谐波平衡法在缘线匹配设计中是有效的,它使缘线匹配设计思想更接近于工程应用。
In order to solve the time-consuming problem of the unsteady numerical simulation in the edge-matching design of compressors,the efficient harmonic balance method has been introduced and a system of optimized design for edgematching has been developed.With this method,the edge-matching design of counter-rotating compressor has been performed.The results shows that the efficiency,total pressure ratio and flow rate of the optimized counter-rotating compressor are increased.Further analysis reveals that the row-to-row interaction weakens,which is beneficial to augment the aerodynamic efficiency.The reason why the unsteady effects are weakened stem from the reduction of the intense upstream wakes and tip clearance leakage flow.These phenomena demonstrate that the harmonic balance method is valid and useful for the edge-matching design and close to engineering application.
