长白山北坡环境因子对水甲虫多样性影响

通过野外实地考察,研究了长白山北坡环境因子对水甲虫多样性的影响。主成分分析表明,该区影响水甲虫分布的主导因子为海拔、温度、水电导率、酸碱度、底泥有机质含量和底泥全磷含量,其中海拔与水甲虫物种丰富度、Shannon多样性指数正相关:DH值与水甲虫物种丰富度、Shannon多样性指数显著负相关;电导率与水甲虫物种丰富度成负相关;底泥有机质含量、全磷含量与水甲虫丰富度、Shannon多样性指数皆为正相关关系:电导率与物种丰富度成负相关关系;水深度与物种丰富度成负相关关系。了解环境因子与水甲虫关系,有助于水生昆虫和水环境的保护,为最终实现森林生态系统健康提供依据。

英文摘要:

An investigation was conducted to study the effects of environmental factors on water beetles in the northern slope of Changbai Mountains. By PCA, we knew the dominant factors were altitude, temperature, water conductivity, pH, soil organic matter content and soil total phosphorus. The regression analysis results were: positive relationships were recorded between Shannon-Wiener and altitude, soil organic matter content and soil total phosphorus; Significant correlations were also recorded between species and altitude, soil organic matter contentand soil total phosphorus. The distribution of water beetles is influenced by environmental factors, but human beings are the ultimately determinant factor. To understand the relation between water beetle diversity and environment is useful to discover the relationship among life, environment and human beings. We hope the study can provide theoretic proof for biodiversity restoration.
