科学的就业能力量化评价体系是为政府及用人单位对新生代农民工提供合适就业推动政策和相关举措的重要保证。文章采用层次分析提出了新生代农民工就业能力量化评价的维度应包括四个方面:个体适应性、职业认同、社会资本和基本素质。通过专家不断地修正,提出了14个具体的评价指标,并通过了一致性检验,最后得到各指标的相应权重。这一评价模型的提出,旨在为提出新生代农民工劳动就业等公共服务的政策效率提供参考,也为后续量化研究打下相应的基础。
Scientific and quantitative evaluation system on employment ability of the new generation migrant workers can promoteappropriate policy and related measures for government employing units.This paper puts forward that evaluating the newgeneration migrant workers’ employment ability using hierarchy analysis should include four dimensions,the individual adaptability,professional identity,social capital and basic quality.Through constant practice and correction,puts forward 14 specificevaluation indexes that succeed in the consistency test and gets all index weight accordingly.The model provides some referencefor government putting forward efficient policy and gives service to following study.
