采用种子聚合制备了丙烯酸系乳液,在此基础上配合水溶性环氧树脂,形成交联型阴离子乳液。研究了该乳液的最佳合成条件,分析了粒径、稳定性、成膜性能等物化指标。将质量分数为1%的交联乳液添加到浆内,产品的环压指数可达11N·m/g,增强后的产品可以达到或超过目前用于出口包装纸箱的高强度瓦楞原纸的某些物理性能指标。
Acrylic emulsion was prepared using a seed-copolymerization process. Crosslinking anionic emulsion was formed based on me emulsion and water-soluble epoxy resin. The optimal synthesis conditions of the emulsion strengthen agent were investigated. The properties such as particle size, stability, and its film forming properties of the emulsion were particularly characterized. Results showed that ring crush index reaches 11Nm/g when the addition of the cross-linking emulsion is 1%. The quality of the paper adding this agent achieve or surpass that of existing high performance corrugating medium.
