组织管理领域对工作乐趣的研究随着企业越来越重视营造良好的工作氛围而兴起。但是工作乐趣涵盖的内容很广,国内尚没有文献对其进行梳理与整合。基于国外138篇研究工作乐趣的广义文献,采用文献定性与定量分析相结合的方法研究后发现:目前对工作乐趣的理论研究尚存在外延界定不清晰,分类标准不统一,前因探究不全面和结果分析不明确这四个方面的不足,进而提出了未来在该领域开展相关理论研究和管理实践的基本对策。
researches on workplace fun in organization management area have been flourished because of relaxing and funny working environment has been emphasized more and more by enterprises. Workplace fun might contain a wide range of activities, but no research had looked into it yet. To fill the gap, this study collected 138 related literatures by key words searching. Qualitative study on these literatures indicated that there were some problems in existing researches, including the unclear definition of the extension of workplace fun, the different standards of category, the unclear analysis results, and the insufficient exploration of antecedents. Based on the findings above and the quantitative content analysis, this research brought up specific thoughts for future study and practice.
