目的:研究木果楝果实的化学成分。方法:采用色谱法分离化学成分,采用理化性质和波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从木果楝的果实中分离并鉴定了10个化合物:spicatin(1)、xyloccensinK(2)、6-acetoxycedrodorin(3)、乙酸橙酰胺(4)、儿茶素(5)、α-生育酚(6)、脱落酸(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、对羟基苯甲酸(9)和3,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯(10)。结论:化合物4~10为首次自该植物中分离得到。
Objective :To study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Xylocarpus granatum. Methods : The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by NMR spectra and physicochemical properties. Results :Ten compounds were isolated from the fruit of Xylocarpus granatum and the structures of them were identified as spicatin( 1 ), xyloccensin K (2) , 6-acetoxycedrodorin ( 3 ) , aurantiamide acetate ( 4 ) , ( + ) -catechin ( 5 ) , α-tocopherol ( 6 ) , abscisic acid ( 7 ), daucosterol(8), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid(9) and ethyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate (10). Conclusion:Compound 4 - 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
