采用处理离体培养的细胞和对鱼灌服方法分别研究了黄芩素对鲤(Cyprinus carpio)肝细胞以及肝胰脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽-S转移酶(GST)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果显示:黄芩素处理2h后,鲤肝细胞GST活性显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),8h时细胞CAT活性极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);灌服黄芩素后,32h时,鲤肝胰脏CAT活性显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。研究表明,黄芩素可以有效地提高鲤抗氧化酶GST和CAT的活性。
To evaluate the effect of baicalein on the antioxidant activity in hepatocytes and hepatopancrease of Cyprinus carpio. The results showed that catalase(CAT) activity in hepatocytes of C. carpio treated with baicalein was remarkable higher than that in untreated hepatoeytes at 8 h ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , and the CAT activity in hepatopancrease of C. carpio which were orally administrated with baicalein was significantly higher than that of control group( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; baicalein also increased the activity of GST in hepatoeytes of C. carpio. In conclusion, baicalein could increase the activity of the antioxidant enzymes.
