总结了1980年以来我国城市商业区位研究的进展。将我国商业区位研究大致划分为3个阶段,即以商业地理学及城市商业区位为主的宏观研究阶段,以城市商业网点区位及商业活动空间结构为主的中观研究阶段,以大型购物中心、百货店、零售店区位等为主的微观研究阶段,分析了各个阶段对应的研究主要内容与研究方法,对近年来城市商业区位研究新领域:信息化背景下商业区位、轨道交通影响下的商业区位、微区位理论、外资零售企业区位、社区商业布局等进行了概述,总结出我国商业区位研究存在的重实证、轻理论等问题,并对未来商业区位的研究提出几点思路。
The research progress of urban commercial location in China since the 1980s is summarized in the paper. The period can be divided into 3 phases : 1 ) macro-research on commercial geography and urban commercial location ; 2) meso-research on the urban commercial spatial structure and location of commercial sites, and 3) micro-research on the location of the shopping mall, department stores, convenience stores. The research subjects and methodologies in each phase are analyzed. And the new development of the research is introduced, such as commercial location within the context of information era and under influence of the subway traffic, micro-location theory, location of foreign capital commercial enterprises and layout of community commerce. Some problems are pointed out, for example, more attention is paid to the case studies of commercial location, while less to theoretical ones. Finally, some suggestions for research of commercial location in the future are presented.
