使用137Cs、60Co和22Na三种点射线源,分别探讨了由不同体积闪烁晶体组成的探测器对不同能量γ射线的峰效率、能谱响应及有效中心的影响。实验结果表明:随着闪烁晶体体积的不同,不同能量γ能谱光电峰的峰位及其能量分辨率都发生了变化。还发现探测器有效中心点的位置依赖于闪烁晶体的体积,其峰效率的倒数与探测器有效距离平方成反比。此实验结果可为改善不同体积NaI(Tl)闪烁探测器的能谱响应和高精度测量提供参考。
In this paper, we investigate the effects of scintillation detector in different sizes to the peak efficiency, energy spectrum response and effective center of 7 - rays in different energy using three types of point - ray sources 1377 Cs, 60 Co and 22Na. The experimental results show that peak position and energy resolution of photoe- leetrie peaks of γ energy spectra in different energy are changed by the different sizes of scintillating crystals. It is also found that the position of the effective center depends on the size of the scintillation crystal, The reciprocal of the peak efficiency is inversely proportional to the square of the effective distance of the detector. The experimental results can also provide references for improving energy spectrum response and high -precision measurement of scintillation detector NaI (T1) in different sizes.
