将误差补偿与计算机网络结合起来,主要研究了误差补偿算法的网络化应用,使广大制造企业可以直接通过Internet获取误差补偿服务以提高数控机床的加工精度。误差补偿网络化应用系统采用B/S模式和三层体系结构,Web服务器负责与用户的交互,应用程序服务器负责误差补偿算法的执行,数据库服务器负责数据的存储。实验表明,基于网络的三坐标数控机床误差补偿网络化应用软件运行稳定,达到了预期的效果。
In order to enable manufacturers to get error compensation service by internet to im- prove machining precision, this paper combined error compensation with computer network and researched Web--based error compensation system. The Web--based error compensation system used B/S mode and three--tier structure and the Web server communicated with the users, the application server did the error compensation algorithm and the database server stored and accessed all of the data. Experiments show that the Web--based error compensation system can run steadily and the expectation has gotten.
