针对第三代人工心脏磁悬浮系统中差分式涡流位移传感器的特殊结构,研制了一种基于正交坐标系的传感器性能测试装置。该装置将正交坐标建立于转子径向面上,以中空环形转子为测试靶板,以涡流传感器探头为测试点,通过改变传感器探头的二维坐标,实现对涡流传感器探头二自由度的性能测试。实验结果验证了该性能测试装置的可行性与有效性。
Aiming at the special structure of the differential eddy current displacement sensor in magnetic suspension system of the 3rd generation artificial heart,a performance testing device based on orthogonal coordinate system is developed.The device establishes a coordinate in radial plane of the rotor,uses the ring-shaped rotor as a metallic target,probe of the eddy current sensor is used as testing point,and by changing the 2D coordinate of the sensor probe,so as to test the sensors in two degrees of freedom.Experimental results verify the feasibility and the effectiveness of the performance testing device.
