基于Teece“3P”分析框架及Scholz组织虚拟化三维过程,从战略形成能力、整合与重构能力、合作能力、协调与控制能力4个要素开发和设计了虚拟化企业动态能力的量表,并运用SPSS17.0实证验证了这些要素之间的关系.结果表明:战略形成能力是动态能力的基础,对其他3个能力具有明显促进作用,重构与转变能力对合作能力和协调与控制能力有显著正向影响,但合作能力对协调与控制能力的影响并不明显.
This paper, based on Teece' s "3P" analytical framework and Scholz' s three - dimensional process of organization virtualization, develops and designs the measurement of dynamic ability from strategic forming ability, integration and reconstruction ability, cooperation ability, coordination and control ability of four elements, and uses SPASS17.0 to analysis the relationship between these elements. The result shows that the strategic forming ability is the basis of dynamic abilities and has significantly positive effects to the other three abilities, integration and reconstruction ability also has significantly positive effects to the cooperation ability, coordination and control ability. But the cooperation ability has no significant in- fluence to coordination and control ability.
