依据学生公寓服务满意度评价指标设计量表进行问卷调查，利用SPSS15软件进行统计分析，得出影响大学生服务满意度的主要因子有：服务质量、安全性和便利性三项。在此基础上对三个因子构成的量袁的信度和效度作了检验，并应用多元回归技术分析了三个因子，最后得出学生公寓服务满意度影响因子依次为便利性、服务质量和安全性，这为科学管理大学生公寓提供了依据。
英文摘要：
Through the students＇ questionnaire about the operation and services of the universities dormitory, this article has identified the factors which have mostly influence on satisfaction of services in students＇ dormitory of universities by means of factors analysis. The three influencing factors are ： service quality, security, convenience. Moreover, in this article, further verification has been done for the reliability and validity of scales which consists of the aforesaid three aspects. Finally, this article analyzes how these three factors influence on satisfaction of services in students＇ dormitory of universities by using muhivariable regression approach, and hence provides a scientific base for universities dormitory to improve students＇ satisfaction.
