顽固性呃逆发生于恶性肿瘤患者病程中,严重影响患者的生活质量,针灸是中医学宝库的重要组成部分,通过针刺、穴位贴敷、穴位注射、耳穴贴压等疗法的独立或综合应用可有效地缓解呃逆症状。现简述近年来发表的有关针灸治疗肿瘤所致顽固性呃逆的临床研究报道,分析该研究领域的研究现状,指出针灸治疗呃逆疗效确切,价廉,不良反应少,具有其他治疗不可替代的优势,值得临床借鉴和推广。

英文摘要：

Intractable hiccup occurred in the course of patients with malignant tumor,and seriously affected the quality of life of patients. The acupuncture and moxibustion is an important part of the Chinese traditional medicine. Through independent or integrated therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint application,acupoint injection,auricular application pressure,the symptoms of hiccup were effectively alleviated. This paper gave a brief account on clinical research reports published in recent years of acupuncture in treatment of intractable hiccups caused by tumor. We analyzed the current situation in this research field. Acupuncture has irreplaceable advantages in the treatment of hiccup,is simple,safe and effective therapy for clinical reference.
