为解决发射载荷下战斗部的发射安全性,建立战斗部的模型,通过ANSYS/LS-DYAN非线性有限元程序进行数值计算,研究发射载荷下装药内部孔隙的动力响应特性,研究孔隙尺度对变形特性的影响规律.结果表明,孔隙等效尺寸大于2.8mm时,可能形成有害的“热点”,此时“热点”的最高温度接近200℃,“热点”的能量达到mJ量级.
Aimed at the launching safety of warhead under launching load, the model of warhead is set up. The paper studies the dynamic response of pore characteristics and the effect of the pore scale to the deformation characteristics under the lauching load applying the ANSYS/LS-DYAN nonlinear finite element pragram. Research results showed that when the equivalent pore size is larger than 2.8 mm, it may lead to the formation of harmful "hot spot", and the maximum temperature of "hot spot" would rise close to 200 ℃, the energy of "hot spot" reach millijoules.
