通过电化学试验和凝结时间测定,研究阻锈剂BE掺量对阻锈性能和水泥凝结时间的影响.结果表明,BE质量浓度在0~100 mg/L时,随着质量浓度的增加,反应的阻抗增大,阻锈效果增强;当BE质量浓度在100~1000 mg/L时,阻抗并没有随阻锈剂质量浓度的增加而单调增大,而是在一定范围之内上下波动;当BE质量浓度高于1000 mg/L时,随着BE质量浓度继续增大,反应阻抗逐渐增大,阻锈效果增强.阻锈剂BE有缓凝和减水作用,促凝剂三乙醇胺对掺加BE的水泥浆体的促凝作用不明显,钙类促凝剂对掺加BE的水泥浆体促凝作用显著,硝酸钙比乙酸钙具有更明显的促凝作用,市售速凝剂不适合用作掺加BE水泥浆体的调凝剂.
The effects of the dosage of rust inhibitor BE on its rust inhibiting performance was investigated by electrochemical test, and the influence on the setting properties of cement was researched based on setting time test. The results show that when the BE concentration is lower than 100 mg/L, the impedance increases with the increasing of the dosage, indicating that the rust inhibiting effect is enhanced; when the BE concentration increased from 100 mg/ L to 1000 rag/L, the impedances fluctuate within a certain range, less relevant to the dosage~ when the BE concentra- tion is higher than 1000 mg/L, the impedance of the reaction increases with the increasing of the concentration of BE. Rust inhibitor BE has setting-retarding and water-reducing effects on cement. Triethanolamine is not effective for ac- celerating the setting of cement paste added with BE, while calcium-based set accelerating admixtures have remarkable accelerating effect. Calcium nitrate is more efficient than calcium acetate~ commercially available rapid setting accelera- tors are not suitable for cement pastes added with rust inhibitors BE.
