City bankruptcy gradually goes into the sight of people in recent years, local government debt problem become a concern. This article tries to use simple statistical method and some indexes of local debt scale, time limit and solvency prob- lems. We found that the state-owned enterprise＇s solvency is linked with the local government＇s solvency. Region debt level is at control temporarily. Enterprise solely funded by the State＇s profit alone cannot pay off the debt.
