采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR),分析研究肉苁蓉种子不同部位及其在层积处理后的光谱特征和成分差异。结果显示,肉苁蓉种子成分组成丰富,同时存在蛋白质、脂类和碳水化合物的特征吸收峰,并且推测含有果胶质和芳香类化合物。肉苁蓉种皮和种仁的成分差异很大,2926、1746、1161、721cm^-1处一系列强峰说明种仁中的油脂类成分含量非常高,而种皮中1054cm^-1处碳水化合物和果胶质类的特征吸收峰最强。经层积处理后肉苁蓉种皮的萌发抑制物质所在的吸收峰区域变化显著,而种仁中的脂类减少,可溶性的蛋白质和糖类成分增加。
Used Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to study Cistanche deserticola Seed Components different parts and spectrum characteristics through layer deposition. Results show that the composition is rich, the seeds of Cistanche deserticola Seed had protein, fat and carbohydrate special absorption peaks, and could containing pectin and aromatic compounds, by speculation. It was obviously between peel and nut of Cistanche deserticola Seed Components. A series of absorption peak where 2 926,1 746,1 161 cm^-1 and 721 cm^-1 suggested that it's peel contained grease sufficiently,while the absorption peak was the strongest in 1 054 cm^-1 in peel. After the treatment by stacking, the germination deserticola material absorption peaks area in peel changeed significantly, Cistanche deserticola Seed, the content of soluble protein and carbohydrate components increase in nut,but the content of grease decreased.
