目的探讨与细胞运动有关基因在宫颈癌中的表达情况。方法选择宫颈癌组织7例,因子宫肌瘤行子宫全切患者的正常宫颈组织5例,采用RT-PCR方法检测RhoC、VAV2、LIMK2在宫颈癌组织和正常宫颈组织以及宫颈癌细胞系中的表达情况。结果RT-PCR显示在宫颈癌组织和宫颈癌细胞系中RhoC表达显著上调、VAV2表达显著下调、LIMK2也呈表达下调。结论RhoC、VAV2和LIMK2在宫颈癌中的差异表达提示它们与宫颈癌的发病相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of genes that associated with cell movement in the cervical cancer. Methods Cervical cancer tissues were from seven patients, and normal cervical tissues were from five patients with uterine leiomyoma, RT-PCR was used to detect expression of RhoC, VAV2 and LIMK2 in cervical cancer, normal cervical and three cervical carcinoma cell lines. Results The expression of VAV2 and LIMK2 were down regulated, and the expression of RhoC were increased in cervical cancer tissues and cell lines. Conclusion The differential expression of RhoC, VAV2 and LIMK2 in cervical cancer may be closely related to the pathogenesis of cervical cancer.
