采用PCR-SBT方法对随机抽取的40例贵州侗族个体的HLA-DQB1进行基因分型.结果表明在贵州侗族人群中共检出了12种HLA-DQB1等位基因.其中等位基因HLA-DQB1*030101/0309,HLA-DQB1*030302,HLA-DQB1*050301,HLA-DQB1*0201/0202出现频率比较高,分别是28.75%,18.75%,10.00%,10.00%.说明贵州侗族的HLA-DQB1的基因具有较为丰富的多态性,基因频率分部与华南人群有一定的相似性,但有其基因分布的独特性.
Polymerase chain reaction-sequence-based typing(PCR-SBT) was used to analyze human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-DQB1 alleles of 40 healthy unrelated Guizhou Dong individuals.Among the 12 detected DQB1 alleles,the most frequent was DQB1*030101/0309 with a frequency of 28.75%,followed by DQB1*030302(18.75%),DQB1*0201/0202(10.00%),DQB1*050301(10.00%).The distribution features of DQB1 locus showed that the Dong Ethnic belongs to the southern group of Chinese.
