目的:了解基底前脑胆碱能神经纤维在嗅球中的分布。方法:进行逆向神经示踪实验和脑立体定位注射AAV病毒,观察嗅球和基底前脑的投射关系。结果:将逆向示踪染料注射到嗅球的腹侧部,在基底前脑的HDB核团观察到吸收染料的神经元胞体。注射了病毒的转基因小鼠,其HDB区域的胆碱能神经元表达mCherry,在嗅球的EPL和IPL观察到mCherry的信号。结论:基底前脑的HDB向嗅球提供离心投射,胆碱能纤维主要投射到嗅球的EPL和IPL。
Objective: To understand the distribution of cholinergic fibers from the horizontal limb of the diagonal band of broca (HDB) of the basal forebrain to the olfactory bulb. Methods: The Cholinergic projection patterns were observed by combining retrograde neuronal tract tracing and genetic labeling by AAV injection. Results: Retrograde tracing showed that neurons projecting to the olfactory bulb were mainly located in the HDB of basal forebrain. AAV injection induced the mCherry expression in the cholinergic neurons in the HDB and cholinergic afferents can be detected in the EPL and IPL in the olfactory bulb. Conclusion: The cholinergic neurons in the HDB of basal forebrain provide afferent projection to the olfactory bulb.
