近年来大量文献报道了关于针刺改善学习记忆的临床应用与机制研究。为了促进临床应用,丰富针灸理论,概述了近5年来关于针刺对阿尔兹海默病（Alzheimer＇s disease,AD）、血管性痴呆（Vascular dementia,VD）以及脑缺血的临床应用和作用机制研究的概况,总结分析了针刺对改善学习记忆的应用前景及作用机制研究存在的不足之处,旨在为进一步深入开展针刺改善学习记忆的临床应用与机制提供参考和研究思路。
英文摘要：
In recent years a large number of literature had reportd about the clinical application of acupuncture to improve learning and memory and mechanism research. In order to promote the clinical application of acupuncture theory,this paper summarizes the recent 5 years about acupuncture for Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）and vascular dementia（VD）and the clinical application of cerebral ischemia and the general situation of the study of mechanism of action,acupuncture were analyzed and summarized in this paper to improve the learning and memory of application prospect and mechanism of the defects in the research,aimed at further intensify the mechanisms and clinical application of acupuncture to improve learning and memory,to provide reference and research train of thought.
