本文试图通过问卷调查和数据分析方法,揭示行列式布局的多层板式住宅小区中,住户关于居住单元位置的喜好。从各单一的位置属性分别来看,住户的喜好如下：在居住单元与周边道路的关系方面喜好远离道路的位置;在与小区绿地的关系方面喜好靠近绿地的位置;在所处楼栋中平面位置的方面喜好靠中间的平面位置;在所处楼层方面喜好3～5层。进而,研究应用二阶聚类分析方法,将住户关于居住单元位置的喜好组合划分为四个类型,并逐类进行了阐述。

This paper attempts to clarify residents＇ preference about the locations of dwelling units in multi-story row house cluster with parallel layout, through a questionnaire investigation and data analysis methods. Separately from the view of each location property of dwelling units, the descriptive statistics revealed the residents＇ preferences as the followings： among the relationships with the outside road residents preferred those away from the road; among the relationships with the green land in the residential cluster residents preferred those faced the green land; among the planar locations in a residential building residents preferred those in the middle; and among the vertical locations in a building residents preferred those on the 3rd-5th story. Further more, with two-step cluster analysis method, this study revealed that residents＇ preferences about the location of dwelling units could be classified into 4 clusters, whose detail characteristics were also described in the paper,
